Second Coming Ministries, whose name was inspired from this well known passage, was birthed out of a servant’s heart and a great love for Gospel music. Since 1994, the Griffin, Georgia based group has traveled with a full band filling over 70 dates a year. SCM never calls to pick up dates, they pray. God answers their earnest prayer, and the phone rings.

The best word to describe this Independent Label Recording Artist would be “Original.” They have their own songs, play their own music and have their own style. They have kept a standard in the ministry as well as their personal lives, believing God’s Word calls us to live a life shaped by conviction. The group also knows that a life sold out to Christ is a life full of joy and they’ll be quick to tell you they’re having the time of their lives living for Jesus and serving Him. Souls have been saved, miracles and healings performed in their services and, for Second Coming, that’s what it’s all about.

The group’s music has been played on XM Satellite’s Enlighten channel in addition to radio stations around the world. They have been the featured artist in Gospel Music News and been a part of the Atlanta Live TV program and Gospel Now TV, along with other various radio and TV interviews. Their music has been rated by the Singing News Magazine and they have four projects from Our House Recording to date - “Original”, “Loving What We Do”, “Looking For Him” and “RATIFY!” SCM counts it an honor to have personal friend and renown musician, Steve “Rabbit” Easter, sit in on several dates each year adding steel guitar and dobro to the mix. 

Second Coming is grateful for each church and promoter that continues to support their ministry year after year, their family and friends who show their unconditional love, and, most of all, the Lord Jesus Christ for His unending grace and mercy. He is the reason they sing!
